The boom will now create new Jobs in the USA. The designated president Barack Obama has announced a an economic program to create another 2,5 million jobs (german). This is not only the double amount of jobs which has been lost in the so called financial crisis. If the German government will get the idea and start a comparable program the goal of full employment is nearly reached.
